Fairy house

We can't seem to sell our condo, so we've decided to build our own home. Now we just need to shrink to the size of fairies, and find a place to move our new home. Maybe we'll find a place first and then shrink to the size of fairies? So many details to work out. Also, the cat won't stop sniffing around the fairy house and chewing the roof, so we will soon become enemies. I don't think fairy home owners insurance covers roof damage from cats. Does it?
